The project started off transforming the process of drafting Wills and memorandum of wishes for those grappling with terminal illness and complex family dynamics. The Project openly disagrees with simply leaving behind a traditional, generic Will, which reduces your whole life to a blunt, legalised document. In fact, one of the key reasons the Project was formed was that our lawyers saw the harm caused by Will litigation, FPA claims, and estate disputes. Through video and interviews, we allow you to leave your Will and legal wishes in a way that truly fits your journey and leaves behind a multimedia telling of your life. That way your loved ones can cherish your memory and celebrate you as an individual.
